•As buyers from out of state we need DeWayne to preview a property we found on line which he did. This property did not work for us and after several conversations DeWayne arrange for us to see some properties that better fit our needs. He arranged for short notice walk through for us. Since closing he has arranged to meet with us to insure proper filing for property tax to make sure we get all the benefits seniors are entitled to.
We have worked with DeWayne and his assistant Jackie Chevier twice; when we bought our home in October 2020 and selling it in December 2021. My husband and I were first time home buyers and sellers but they made the process so painless. We knew that we were in good hands and didn't have to worry about anything. They are responsive, attentive, and truly represent YOU! There's no one else that I would've trusted more to get the job done. We closed smoothly both times and were kept informed from start to finish. We went with the "Smart" choice and loved the experience!
