DeWayne and Jackie are an amazing team

DeWayne and Jackie are an amazing team. We first met them through a referral in 2017 when we were looking to invest in a rental as out of state owners. We interviewed DeWayne via phone and immediately felt comfortable. We had hired DeWayne to help us purchase a rental property in the greater DFW region. He spent great time and effort educating us on the greater region and was extremely knowledgeable. We flew in and he had everything lined up and scheduled to drive areas to get general feel for them, including looking at several properties. We ended up purchasing an off market opportunity he uncovered for us that was a huge win win for both parties. He continued to help us lease it and then we sold it in early 2021. His ability to listen to, and understand the client as to what they are looking for was excellent. He also cares more about helping customers find the right home or investment, with a no pressure style that is comforting. An example of DeWayne going above and beyond is that we were in escrow to close during the recent freeze and our home was vacant as the renters had moved out so that we could close the sale to the new owners. The new owners financing took longer than expected, which left us with a vacant house during some of the worst weather Texas had seen in decades. As out of state owners, who had no rental management company helping us, DeWayne checked on our house multiple times, and even help turn water off, cover bibs, etc. All things he could have just said was "not his problem". He did all of this on his own, with out us even asking him to. We are extremely impressed with the service and integrity of DeWayne and Jackie and are actually considering relocating to Texas - hands down they are our first call to find our new home if we do.
