We highly recommend DeWayne, if you are looking for a dedicated realtor. It's rare these days to find someone that really cares and puts you first. Buying a home is stressful-DeWayne went out of his way to make it as smooth as possible. He is very quick to return calls, texts, and emails...even on the weekend and while he is on vacation(we later found out). He built great rapprt, not only with us, but with the selling agent-which we are sure is why we got the house. His expertise in the market allowed us to make a competitive offer. He has been a great resource before, during, and after the transaction. He made multiple trips out to the house, that is more than 1 1/2 hours out of his way...even on short notice. Highly recommend and we will use him again!
