Working with leife after a few visits felt like working with family. Never showed stress. His confidence and knowledge was amazing. Once again Rosy delivered, this time on a single family home purchase. On a Saturday, Rosy agreed to drive around to SIX separate houses with us as we were looking for our dream house and thankfully, 1 of the 6 (Hickory Ridge) turned out to be just what we were looking for. The transaction was smooth from start to finish and she stayed in excellent touch with the selling agent throughout working as our liaison. As well, she worked tirelessly the weekend we discovered the house to put the offer in immediately, and thankfully, the work paid off, as our offer was accepted. Rosy was able to assist me with quite a challenging transaction. My condo was through the MPDU program which was something new to her and entailed many additional challenges and steps not typically presented through a traditional residence sale. There were numerous additional steps and challenges dealing with the county, the lottery system with the MDPU, the personel involved with the MPDU program, and numerous specific rules and polices which had to be adhered to in order to allow the transaction go through. Rosy took it upon herself to learn all the rules and policies, work with the the county program manager, work through the lottery system and connect with an approved seller to help compelte the sale. If you are looking for a dedicated agent who will truly do anything she can to help you complete the transaction, Rosy is the person for you. She makes herself readily available at all times, and will be fully committed from start to finish.
