Andrew comes to Slifer Smith & Frampton with experience selling real estate throughout the Roaring Fork Valley. At a young age, Andrew knew he was going to be in the real estate business. Growing up in a family full of brokers, developers, and property managers. He learned what it takes to provide the best service. At his previous firm, he was awarded the International Top 10% regarding volume. As a broker, he thoroughly enjoys crafting a deal where both parties are satisfied. He is known by his clients for his knowledge of the local market, his excellent communication, and the extra mile he goes to ensure his clients are extremely satisfied with their investment. Having been a local for over 12 years, he truly believes some of the best views in the world are right here and spends his free time living an active mountain lifestyle with his wife Christine. Outside of real estate, he is a ski instructor and enjoys regularly hiking up the Highlands bowl. During the summer he frequents the Tom Blake and Rim Trail in Snowmass Village. Whether it be hiking, biking, fishing, or running. He enjoys the endless outdoor activities this valley offers.

Ann comes to Slifer Smith & Frampton with real estate experience in the Roaring Fork Valley since 2013. One of her favorite parts of her career is helping clients “find the needle in the haystack”. She is known for going above and beyond for her clients and knows this valley has something to offer everyone. Clients and peers alike applaud her for her determination, honesty, and ability to connect with others. She worked in sales, marketing, and hospitality for over 30 years between Vail and Aspen for the international marketplace with an emphasis on Mexico and Latin America. With her knowledge of international industry partners and being bilingual in Spanish and Portuguese, this has allowed her to continue to market Aspen Snowmass as a vacation destination. When she isn’t working, she spends most of her time with her husband Matt, son Asher and corgi Josey enjoying all this valley has to offer. A few of her favorite actives are skiing, camping, hiking, and paddleboarding. Slifer Smith & Frampton is delighted to have Ann join our team!

Bill fell in love with Colorado at an early age, venturing west for ski vacations with his family starting when he was just 6 years old. After finishing his undergraduate studies at Michigan State University, Bill would not be satisfied sitting at a desk. It was then that he decided to move to the mountains. Bill has called the Roaring Fork Valley home since 2005. During that time, he has worked in the hospitality industry helping guests at some of Aspen’s finest hotel properties, to working at one of Aspen’s most beloved local establishments as the General Manager and Sommelier. After nearly 20 years working in hospitality, it was time for a change. Bill joined Slifer, Smith, and Frampton in the spring of 2021 to begin his career in real estate. “One thing that I love about real estate is that every deal is different. Different challenges to overcome and different needs to meet.” Bill has a keen eye for detail that serves his clients well when it comes to selecting their property. His ability to problem solve and think outside the box to find creative solutions is an asset to his clients. When he’s not working on a deal for his clients, you can find Bill enjoying all that life in the Roaring Fork Valley has to offer. In the winter, skiing with his wife and kids, hiking the bowl at Highlands, or cruising the Nordic track at the Snowmass Club. Eric has been traveling to Aspen Snowmass every year for two decades to ski, hike and camp. Having watched the Valley grow and develop, it is a dream come true to now call Snowmass Village his home. As a new broker, Eric is excited to share his love for the Valley with his clients as they search for the perfect vacation home or decide to make Aspen Snowmass their year-round playground. You’ll find Eric skinning up Buttermilk and Snowmass mountains in search of fresh turns during first light, or under the light of the full moon. In the summer months he loves fly fishing or hunting for birdies on the fantastic golf courses up and down the valley. No matter what activity the day brings, Eric loves to wind down with dinner and drinks at one of Aspen’s many outstanding restaurants.

Isabel Clark is a dedicated and results-driven Broker with Slifer, specializing in residential properties in Aspen, Snowmass, and the Roaring Fork Valley. A former Olympic snowboard athlete, she has competed in numerous Winter Olympics, X Games, World Cups, and World Championships. In addition to her athletic background, Isabel holds a degree in architecture from Brazil and a Colorado Real Estate License.
