Corporate Ski Industry - Upon settling in Boulder, Antonio immersed himself in the ski and ride industry. His corporate roles at Vail Resorts in Broomfield—first as a recruiter and later as a loss prevention analyst—provided valuable insights into the business side of mountain living. As great of an experience as this was, he yearned for a more personal connection with the community. Which led him to pursue his broker’s license in 2019. From Skis to Homes: A Real Estate Journey - Antonio’s transition into real estate was driven by a desire to empower others. Dave Greenberg has been selling resort real estate in Summit County since 2006 and has been involved in 400+ transactions totaling over $200 million in total sales volume. Dave grew up in upstate NY in the town of Vestal. Drawn to the West, he attended the University of Denver and graduated in 2003 with a B.S. in Business and Marketing. Having always had a keen interest in real estate, Dave began working on his new career shortly after moving to Breckenridge from Denver after working in property management for several years. My home town is Titusville, PA (home of the world’s first oil well!). I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Recreation from Slippery Rock University (Pennsylvania) and a Masters of Business Administration Degree from the University of Denver with emphasis on marketing resort real estate. I cut my teeth in the ski resort industry at Smugglers’ Notch, VT then moved to Colorado in 1982 and have been selling real estate in Keystone ever since. Like many of you I enjoy skiing in the winter, golf in the summer, and the overall pleasure of living in Summit County and the Rocky Mountains. I live full time in the Keystone Ranch and am President of that Homeowners’ Association. I am also on the Board of Directors for the Keystone Citizens’ League and the Keystone Owners’ Association.
