Since then, her diverse knowledge and Can-Do Anything Attitude have been demonstrated while supporting several top brokers as well conceptualizing and managing SSF's integral E-Business department. She is now a Top Producer in the down valley residential real estate market but her diverse portfolio of successful transactions also includes ski-in/ski-out homes, raw land, commercial and ranch properties. Kelly's team approach with Buyers & Sellers earned her the "Rising Star" award for 2016. After moving to Colorado over 20 years ago, Kelly continues to embrace the mountain lifestyle and enjoys living in downtown Eagle with her two active boys.

Originally from Southern California, Kim moved to the Front Range during High School and then graduated from Ft. Lewis College in Durango, CO in 1997. Her strong work hard/play hard mentality are evident in her performance as Branch Manager of the Eagle Office and her commitment to the community. Her passion for success in all facets has earned Kim and her team recognition for ‘Top Number of Transactions’, ‘Marketer of the “Year’, ‘The Community Service Award’ and ‘Broker’s Choice Award’.
