Chad and his partner Zach were both fantastic. They helped guide us through a very difficult process to navigate; completed probate title transfer on a property co-owned by 5 family members. If they didn't have an answer to a question they didn't just B.S. me; they found out quickly. Extremely thorough and communicative throughout this entire selling arrangement. Was able to get us a bit lower commission rate as well. Would HIGHLY recommend him for anyone in the greater Denver Are as well as Summit county area. Thanks again Chad, get that foot healed up!
