Originally from Minnesota, Amanda and Stephanie Redmond were drawn to the Roaring Fork Valley eight years ago and have never left. In awe of the hidden gems the valley has to offer, the two sisters love to share experiences with their clients while helping them through home buying and selling milestones. Both ladies bring a unique set of skills to the table when it comes to strategizing and marketing. After a successful 30+ year career practicing law, Janie began her second career as a realtor in 2013. Her background in law provides Janie with extensive experience with contracts, negotiation and problem solving in high-stress situations. Janie’s education, work experience and real estate knowledge allows her to provide the highest level of service to make the complex process of selling a home simple and understanding. She is currently working on a book about growing up in West Texas with a larger-than-life father that was someone of a maverick in the then small town of Midland, Texas. Matt’s Chicago roots instills the determination and drive his clients see in his work. The love of the mountain lifestyle brought him to Aspen in the fall of 2013 where his dream of living in a ski town became a reality. Like most, Matt came for the winter and fell in love with the summer. It is the perfect blend of the city with a small-town vibe where you know your community and thrive on the connections. With BA degrees in Management and Marketing, Matt took his formal education combined with years of interpersonal and communication skills built from a background in sales and hospitality to aid him in a new direction in real estate. An eye for detail, and an honest approach gives his clients the professional edge to deliver insight and knowledge of the real estate market. Outside of real estate Matt can be found taking laps on his favorite mountain Snowmass, weight training at his local gym or enjoying one of the many great restaurants Aspen has to offer with friends. Megan's connection to the Roaring Fork Valley began many years ago as a competitive alpine skier. She spent her youth racing throughout the Rocky Mountains before graduating cum laude from Michigan State University, where she also competed on the equestrian team. She soon after moved to Colorado to pursue her passion for horses as a wrangler and outfitter—and quickly realized she had found home. Megan most recently contributed to the huge success of the sales effort for the Stratos development in Snowmass Base Village. In her role with Slifer Smith & Frampton's Broker Services and Marketing department, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of how to position a successful sale listing in Aspen's luxury market. With her diverse background in new construction sales, marketing, and investigative journalism, Megan brings a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach as a real estate broker. She combines her local knowledge, strong communication skills, and passion for the Roaring Fork Valley to help buyers and sellers confidently navigate every step of their real estate journey. Melissa is a licensed real estate broker with Slifer Smith & Frampton in Aspen, Colorado. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business, with a major in Finance and Real Estate. Born and raised in Aspen, Colorado, Melissa comes from a family that has been in the Aspen real estate business for over 40 years. Her father is a long-time developer in the Aspen area and her mother buys, remodels and sells Aspen properties. Melissa is passionate about the Aspen lifestyle and enjoys participating in all the wonderful activities including skiing, snowboarding, hiking, tennis and golf, and spending time with family and friends. As a result of growing up in Aspen she has been able to develop many long-lasting relationships and contacts in the valley, giving her a huge advantage. Along with this, she is very familiar with and knowledgeable about the market up and down the valley and her highly intuitive nature will enable her to match her clients with the perfect property for them.
