Desare went (many!) extra miles for us in helping us find our next project. It took a half dozen offers over as many months but she remained consistently responsive and helpful with each new opportunity. For the winning bid, she hand-delivered an updated offer to the sellers and sat with them in their dining room while they signed to make sure nothing compromised the deal at the last minute. Desare did a great job throughout the buying process of our home! As a first time home owner I didn’t know about a lot of things involved into the process but Desare made sure I understood and helped us make the better decisions. The house we purchased was the first house we had put an offer on and because Desare guided us with the estimate of the property, our offer was accepted and we got the house. From the beginning of the process to the closing on the house (about 20 days) she always stayed on top of things that made the 20 days closing possible. At last Desare bought us a home Warranty Plan for an year and we hope to benefit from it soon. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Desare for her service!
