When it was time to sell my moms townhome due to her Alzheimers I knew exactly who to call. Since Tracey sold my mom her townhome and home before it the choice was obvious. She brings a friendly face with years of experience. She made suggestions on what needed to be done in order to get full asking price and would stand out above the comps in the area. We had an full offer in just weeks of listing and sold shortly after that. She was available day and night and even on vacation to answer any questions or concerns that I had.
