Cristina knows the market trends, local communities and the ins and outs of her profession very well. She started on a nearly two month rollercoaster ride with us and was able to not only list, promote and sell one property while we were trying to purchase another one but got us to closing on both. She was able to get another buyer for our re-listed property after the initial buyer had to bow out just in time for the proceeds to help fund our purchase. Cristina excels at communication skills, negotiations and task management (juggling many things at once). We think she probably wears a cape under her professional attire!
