Christin was a great help during the process of getting my house on the market and ready to list. Her honesty and industry insight was spot on when it came time to stage the house for pictures. As a result, the listing was well received and we had an offer in just six days!! As part of the sale we needed to be able to close in under 30 days, Christin did not even bat an eye. She had workers lined up to take care of the few minor repairs that the new owners asked for. Buying or selling a home is a very emotional time, I am glad that I had an agent that understood all of my ups and downs and helped me to stay focused.
