My wife and I chose to use Jason to help us find a second home that will eventually be for my mom. Not being in a hurry to buy right away, we found Jason to be very patient with us. We asked to see a number of homes but none of them thrilled us that much. We decided to pause and asked Jason to "just let us know if anything comes up". Again, he was very patient. I'm sure we were somewhat of annoyance but Jason never gave us that impression. In fact he did exactly what we asked, he would let us know if something came on the market and was quite honest whether he thought it fit with what we were looking for. Suddenly in early October he notifies me that a house just came up, we should at least take a look at it. Sure enough it had what we wanted. He did his research to find out as much as he could about the house so we could make an informed decision. The seller and us were quite a bit apart from each other on a price. Jason was very instrumental in working through the negotiations for us. Ultimately it was a figure we were very comfortable with and were able to close quickly. If I find myself back in the market to buy or sell, I wouldn't hesitate in utilizing Jason and his expertise again.
