•I’m in the military, this was my first time buying a house and it was all virtual due to my location. I was looking for a friendly and knowledgeable realtor, with good communication. A few months prior to house hunting, I took time off to scout out the area. Todd met me in person and we went over my wish list and he got to know me and what I was looking for. Todd was prior military so he understood what I was going through and made me feel comfortable with how he would conduct the virtual tours. Additionally, he had a lot of connections, to include a Veteran-friendly loan source he was able to link me up with! Throughout the whole process (searching to closing), Todd and the Tracy Team were super helpful and supportive! With this being my first purchase, Todd made sure to break things down for me and explain any processes. He made everything flow easily, the team followed up with me to make sure that I made all of the deadlines, and they answered any questions that I had. The Tracy Team really took care of me and even with the challenge of it being virtual, they made it work with ease. If you are looking for a friendly realtor with good communication, good connections, keeps you on track, and truly wants the best for you, then Todd and The Tracy Team should be your go to!
