•Brenda is very knowledgable of local issues. For example, she had to sidestep a few mines during negotiation as our 20 acres parcel was under lease to a hay farmer. She personally knew our hay farmer and was able to get an agreement between the farmer and prospective buyers. She also ensured our Mutual Grant of Easement for an airstrip was properly filed with Clearwater Title prior to listing our property. She clearly explained all the forms we needed to sign during closing, which can be overwhelming. We have another 20 acre parcel that needs selling and I wouldn't consider using any other agent but Brenda.
