•I randomly messaged Donalyn, on a Sunday, along with several other agents. Was in thr crux of a 1031 exchange, new to the process, amidst a life transition. Donalyn held space, took the time to understand my situation, and got to work!!! I wasn't in Idaho while making a purchase, and, honestly, needed to fully trust someone. She ensured I understood the market, the neighborhoods, took time to understand what I needed, found a PERFECT deal, navigated it with absolute grace, expertise and enjoyed it! I have some experience with real estate although 1031 exchange and navigating deals while traveling is new territory and Donalyn is top caliber. She was able to take a situation that seemed really stressful and intimidating and made it human, professional, and ensured it was a true good energy, win-win for all involved. She helped me really understand the value of a real estate agent. (Oh, the other agents I messaged that Sunday, they basically sent me links a few days later. 😅 Donalyn reached out quickly to say she was at a personal event and would get back to me, then she did with questions. Pro.)
