•I have never met Launee in person. She was referred by another agent and I am very pleased that it worked out that way. Not only did Launee keep me in the loop with the sale of my mother's home, but she make some key decisions in the process and dealt with much of the tension of selling a house without passing it on to me. Her first decision was on the sale price. We had been misinformed about the square footage and advised at a lower price point. Launee did a thorough research of the property as well as measuring it herself. We listed at $35,000 above the initial suggestion and got the full asking price within one week. She interfaced with the title company when there were questions on my part and followed up on anything I needed since I wasn't in Idaho. The buyer initially made a cash offer and right before the sale decided to fund a part of it, which moved the closing back weeks as she got approval. Launee intervened and organized a bridge loan with a trusted lender. I felt in good hands with Launee and would highly recommend her as an agent. She is thorough, communicates well, and takes care of business. She truly works for her clients. It was a good experience.
