Highly recommend

Brenda is highly professional, kind and knowledgeable. Her skills and work style impressed us, not only her compassion but Brenda was extremely quick to listen and interact as I went thru the sale of three properties at once upon a major life event. Her knowledge and scope of North Central Idaho property and the current Market was invaluable. Her ethical practices and honesty was extremely helpful in dealing with this entire process as a novice on my part. I cannot say enough good things about Brenda’s helpfulness in this experience. She brought me buyers for more than just the property that she had listed and was very fair and helpful to walk me through the all three sale processes. She is truly a go-getter and works very hard for her commissions, and for her clients. I also believe she works very hard for buyers too. She was recommended to me by both buyers and sellers of the same property and that doesn’t often happen. I will also say that she’s very knowledgeable about titles property, surveying and many of the processes that have to be undergone in order to sell property in the rural Idaho area. When necessary, she interacted with attorneys, neighbors and assisted in getting me help to move out.
