An Absolute Advocate for her Clients

We met Shari Goedhart in 2013 at a trade show. At the time, we were renting a home in Twin Falls and I found the cutest farmhouse I wanted to tour for my birthday. Shari was on board, even though it wasn't "the one". From there, she was committed to helping us find our dream. We toured so many properties before helping us find a builder to work with. Sheri was with us every step of the building process - even negotiating with the builder to get us upgrades. She helped to make buying our first home a simple and exciting experience! For the next 12 years I had Shari on speed dial and she was always on board to walk through a different cute farmhouse with me - even though nothing could top the first one we built! Sadly, the day came when we needed to leave our home. There was no one else I would have trusted with the task of finding our loved home's next owner. Selling was definitely more stressful than our initial experience, but having a trusted resource by my side helped immensely. Because our family moved out of the state, we had to find a new realtor and learned very quickly Shari is one of a kind! She is so knowledgeable and an absolute advocate for her clients. When others might stay quiet to make a sale, Shari will tell it like it is. Shari helped us make fully informed decisions. She comes up with so many ideas and different ways to view situations with multiple options - from how to navigate financing to which wall we might knock down in order to best serve our personal needs. I am grateful to have found Shari Goedhart! She has been a joy to work with professionally and I am proud to consider her a friend.
