Did a great job!

Ashley Nelson, did a great job for me. When I decided to engage her, she was out to my property the next day. I was very impressed with her photography skills. Her pictures were beautiful, and her eye for making sure small details were fixed to make the photos more flattering was impressive as well. The first people she showed the property to bought it. It was a contingency sale and she expertly advised me through the intricacies of that process as it ended up going through an extension while the buyers house sold. Her advice through that situation was spot on! In addition, since I was moving out of the area, she put me in touch with two very fine realtors who met me and showed houses in Latah, Benewah, Shoshone, and Boundary Counties in north Idaho. Near closing time she worked expertly to coordinate a difficult timing situation. I am so grateful for how she navigated me through this tricky real estate sale, and kept the other realtor on the same page with what was going on. She was very good at reassuring me, and keeping me calm when confusion took hold! She has wonderful people skills that made her a joy to work with, and the best thing is, she instilled me with trust!
