•Michelle went the extra mile for her elderly client who was in a bind selling her home for which she was in desperate need of the sale proceeds. Working with elderly clients can be difficult and often results in delays in getting legal documents filed which then compounds into delays in closing. Michelle not only worked to get the correct information immediately for me, but she met with the client before and during the hearing. As a result, we were able to file the needed petition and get the order allowing the sale of the home w/in 2 weeks of my involvement. Anyone who deals with the legal system knows that getting a judgment this quickly almost never happens. Michelle's timely, hands on approach was a major factor in getting these results which likely saved her client significant delays in selling her home.
