Ashley served us well from the beginning of our working relationship until the close of the sale.

We enjoyed Ashley's enthusiasm and her cheerful personality throughout the buying process. She is a longtime resident of the area where we were trying to buy, so she had considerable experience and knowledge on many topics in addition to real estate matters. Although we had been living in the area for several years, she was able to advise us on matters that we were not familiar with. Ashley usually had answers to our inquiries. However, when she did not, she was quick to say that she would find out and then would get back to us with the correct answer in a timely manner. She is quite familiar with the aspects of rural living, which can present unique issues when it comes to the various inspection processes. Although she worked for the same company as the listing agent, we believe that she only advised us with our best interests in mind as the buyers. Obviously, this goes to her professionalism. We already had a home in mind when we were referred to Ashley. And it is the one that she represented us in purchasing. However, we believe that she would be a good representative for people just starting to look at their options.
