•Travis was happy to show us around to all the properties we wanted to view. He cared to find us a great place to call home and gracefully made his busy schedule work to accommodate our busy schedule. In the purchase process, he was quick to give informed answers to our questions, he put in significant time and effort researching anything he didn't immediately have an answer to, and he communicated well with the selling agent. He was not pushy about our wishes in terms of offer pricing and terms. I know he was our agent by definition, but not all buyers' agents are the same; it truly felt like he put himself in our shoes during the whole process and represented our interests as if they were his own. I would highly recommend Travis Evenden to friends and family looking to to buy or sell a home.
