•It was a dark and rainy night...living in my truck and searching for a house (fruitlessly) all summer was getting old by September! I met Jenn at Cougar Dave's while having a hot meal, and she was instantly on a mission to help me find a home! She didn't want a commission, just wanted me to get moved in! She excelled at sending me homes to review and when I found a property, was phenomenal in her attention to detail and subject knowledge. She continues to be extremely helpful in all real estate situations, putting her customer's/client's/friend's needs first. It's NOT about the money with Jenn. It's about her heartfelt desire to help people...especially dog people! I enlisted Jenn as my Buyer's Agent on a property I bought, even though I have five year's Realtor experience myself. Her attention to detail and persistence on a well and septic issue were so important to my interests on the sale. I couldn't think of a more competent person to handle my real estate dealings. To boot, I always enjoy her company and have made a forever friend. You can't go wrong - hire Jenn.
