Agent who will fight for you

Buying a home is always an emotional rollercoaster, but working with Robin made the process so much smoother. She was our steady advocate through every challenge, and there were plenty along the way. The sellers of our Nampa home weren’t easy to work with. They pushed back on basic requirements like servicing the HVAC for appraisal, and as the closing date got closer, they stopped keeping up the lawn and even let the house slip in terms of cleanliness. Through all of that, Robin never let anything slide. She fought for us at every corner—making sure the sellers took responsibility, pushing to get the price lowered when it was necessary, and keeping constant communication with the other agent so our interests were always protected. What stood out most to us was how determined she was to make sure we walked into a home that was not only fairly priced but also properly cared for. Thanks to her persistence, everything was serviced and the house was clean when we moved in. It gave us peace of mind knowing that someone was willing to go the extra mile on our behalf. In the end, we truly believe we got the home at a good price because Robin wasn’t afraid to do the hard work and “fight the good fight” for us. Her dedication, professionalism, and care made all the difference, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have had her in our corner.
