•When we first started to look for houses in Northern NV, my husband & I where not sure exactly where we wanted to live, we were referred by a good friend that Tammy had assisted with the purchase of a house two years prior. As we started to look for a house Tammy had complete knowledge about Fernley, Sparks, Reno & Fallon NV, she was very helpful and patient with us since we did not know exactly where or what we actually wanted for our new home. We looked at many houses and found that Tammy is very Professional but was very easy to work with, she responded by text messages, emails & phone calls very quickly. After a year of looking, we finally decided on our new forever home, Tammy had recommended a great Mortgage person to assist with my Husbands preapproval for a VA Loan- this helped us to purchase the house, we were not the only offer on the house but between Tammy's Negotiation's and we were pre-approved ahead of time, they accepted our offer. When our house was in escrow Tammy continued to follow up with the builder, to make sure that everything was progressing on time and help us get more acquainted with Fernly. I would recommend Tammy Dittman to anyone looking to purchase a home or Land in Northern Nevada.
