•I've worked with several realtors over the years, and Colleen was by far the best out of the bunch (even though she was selling my in-laws home and not my own 😊). She listened to our needs and thoroughly explained the process and potential hiccups on selling the in-laws home in Brunswick County. She was extremely knowledgeable in the housing market and even understood tactics that other realtors use which helped us in making informed decisions at the negotiating table. She is detailed-oriented, straight shooter and presented information based on facts and not dreams. She also gives you complete and undivided attention and always returns calls or email quickly if she is unavailable. She was extremely transparent in all areas which became very helpful when my in-laws moved out of Brunswick County. When my in-laws left Brunswick County, Colleen was able list their home, handle tasks associated with getting the home ready and selling their home without them being physically present. When you select Colleen as your realtor you get someone who advocates for you, works hard for you and isn’t just in it for the commission.
