We had planned on meeting with a few realtors...

We had planned on meeting with a few realtors had my list. Met with TOM and MARY they had taken the time to put together a package of resent sales. after walk thru gave us suggestions and reason for them and opinion on value. after they left we new did not have to talk with any one else. called them we would like to have them handle our sale walked us thru whole process best part did not pressure us on any of the offers just explained the pros and cons of each offer then help all the way thru
