Matthew and his team were simply brilliant. My wife and I have very high expectancies when it comes to customer service, but Matt and his team well surpassed them all. The competence and peace of mind he provided us was more than refreshing. One of his soundest qualities, in my opinion, was the ability to clearly explain the selling process and give you a clear idea of what to expect. Selling a home is one of the most stressful things you can do, and he did a great job of easing our anxiety through the process. We had actually had way more trouble than we’d expected, prior to meeting Matt, in selling our home. The market was flat, people weren’t looking in our area as much as we thought they would be, and we were loosing hope. I’m a I.T. consultant, and I’m usually on the road for at least 75% of the week— so me and my wife needed someone we both trusted to look after our interests, someone who could really take on the lions share of the work. Matt did a fantastic job in all of these areas. He was always responsive, adapted to our busy lifestyle, and at the end of it all, did everything we asked for and more. He was able to sell our old home in about 6 weeks (as opposed to the 4 months it had been on the market before we met him). There are a lot of weird, sleazy real-estate guys out there - Matt is the exact opposite. I will endorse him to anyone I know who is selling, without any hesitations. In terms of his professionalism, he was always responsive and willing to help out with any questions me or my wife had. Most importantly, we never felt pressured or felt as if we didn't have "a say" in the process. My wife is a bit shy around agents, and since she’d have to be doing most of the talking as I’d be away, she was worried we wouldn’t find anyone comfortable and non-threatening for her to deal with.
