Incredible realtor

Randy is an excellent realtor. He helped my wife & I purchase our first house. His knowledge made home buying an easy & enjoyable process. Randy’s primary goal is to ensure you are 100% happy with your home purchase, even if it negates a potential sale. Simply describe what you’re looking for in a home/neighborhood & he’ll find the right one for you. I want to highlight that he stays within your budget & doesn’t push houses on the high end or slightly over your budget (unless he’s confident he can negotiate the price down to where you are comfortable). When viewing homes, Randy is thoroughly prepared & punctual. It was very easy to contact him with questions & he promptly answered those questions. His experience and attention to detail will help you find a wonderful home while minimizing the risk of making a bad or risky purchase. Randy saved us from making a $50K+ mistake. We were interested in a house where the advertised square footage differed from county records due to a Florida room being added after construction & without a permit. The sellers did not want to negotiate & requested that we correct county records after buying. Randy explained the many risks with that property & we gladly walked away. When you find THE house, his superb negotiation skills are appropriate for the situation to increase the likelihood that your offer will be accepted over other offers. Randy strongly advocates for your best interests & will guide you throughout the entire process.
