George was wonderful working with to sell my townhome! He has a great understanding of the market and wasn't too quick to lower the price when it didn't move right away in this market because he knew the value of my home with upgrades I had done. As it was, I got an offer for asking price, which was fantastic. George also had to be more hands on with the buyer to keep things on track for closing, as the buyer's agent was not diligent in ensuring everything necessary for closing was in place. He even went above and beyond to meet the buyer for the final walk through because her agent refused to do one.

Donna was excellent from start to finish! She made buying our first home easy, understandable and most importantly enjoyable! Her communication was always spot on, even if she couldn’t answer my call she would text me or call me right back, I never felt like an inconvenience for having so many questions. She was knowledgeable and extremely thorough in her work. Her and I would talk through each house and their notes, disclaimers etc. before we even went to see them to ensure we made the most of everyones time. I cannot recommend Donna enough to support you through buying or selling a home! Her skills and experience truly make this process easy and stress free. She will be our go to person for all our future buying and selling needs.

Nancy and Greg Dawsey are the realtors you want selling your home. Nancy does a thorough analysis to provide you a realistic and honest price point to list at. This real estate market is hard to sell in, but our home, which flooded in Hurricane Helene, was only listed two and a half weeks before going under contract. That is an amazing feat considering the many houses for sale near us that have just been sitting for months with no legitimate offers. They are truly the best and will do anything for you to get the job done! We will always use the Dawsey Group for selling and buying!

We met George at an open house a year ago and during that experience we knew he would be the one to hire for helping us find a house in the FH area. I’m glad we did as he and his team had our house sold in 12 Days and we had bought and moved into a new one in record time.
