Honestly, I’m still not sure if you’re a realtor, a crisis manager, or just a guy who moonlights as all five characters in a Tarantino film. Either way, you made it happen, and you somehow made it fun. Like, laugh-in-the-middle-of-a-gas-leak kind of fun. I’ll drop that review, don’t worry. Evan went above and beyond every step of the way in our home-purchasing journey. He held a fine line of balancing between being professional and very friendly with great humor. He was always on time and almost every time he picked up our calls. After comparing 3-4 real estate agents, we found Evan's acumen in the real estate market and construction know-how was amazing (very helpful for us). In every house we visited with Evan, he made a great impression on the listing agents and sometimes on sellers with his magnetic personality.
