These other agents told us that our house wouldn’t appraise that high. (they were all wrong) Frustrated with these other realtors, we moved to another state before deciding on a realtor. We started looking at selling and buying our new house. Which was a first for the wife and I and can be a scary experience going in. Especially when you don’t know what you’re doing. Natalie however has the spark, the flair, the “IT” for real estate! We first started our journey by getting listed and Natalie did a great job getting us professional photos and staging our home. No low resolution for us! Then lo and behold we had 1 couple come look and BOOM! Our house was under contract. Talk about fast. Next we found a wonderful 3 year old house with a good bit of property and made an offer. Again we were encouraged by our wisened realtor to be patient as she was confident that it would all work out. A week and a half later we were signed, given our keys, and cleared to move in. Due to the knowledge, patience, understanding, and optimism of Natalie(who also gave us a great deal for her services) we were able to not only find a home but the PERFECT home that fits our family like a glove.
