Besides knowing the neighborhoods where we were looking, Kevin understood our needs and budget and stuck to showing houses which potentially could work for us. Throughout the process, Kevin was extremely prompt, professional and quick to respond to all of our questions. Once we found the right place, Kevin helped us find an inspector and negotiated tirelessly with the seller on our behalf. We ended up with a place we really like, at a fair price in a neighborhood where we feel right at home. Kevin made the entire experience easy, educational and (as scary as buying a house can be at this time) worry free. In addition to him being a very nice person, I would call him again in a heartbeat and recommend him without reservation.
