•Sid Polish was our listing agent for the sale of our house in Sunderland, MD May-Sept 2023. Throughout the entire process Sid kept our best interests in mind and navigated us through some extremely difficult challenges. 2023 was not an easy year to sell a house, and we were also preparing for an overseas move. Sid went above and beyond to get us over the finish line. We had originally went with a different realtor but later realized that we were likely going to need a "human" who is willing to get to know us and understand us rather than sell our house based on a formula. We don't know what we would have done without the ability to talk it through, with Sid listening and offering "real deal" advice from his years of experience with real estate and people. Without his unique approach we might not have been able to go through with it! We will definitely be using him again in the future and recommending him to friends.
