•Before we listed our home in Feb 2020, Kathy helped us analyze the market, and make our property most attractive. She had a good eye for what buyers in this category are seeking. Her presentation of the property online was very professional with excellent staging and photography. We were out of state when the property listed, and Kathy's crew made access to buyers very convenient. The house sold in about three weeks, and despite the looming threat of the Covid environment, she kept the contract on track through closing. Her team also assisted and made repairs needed after the inspection. Although Kathy changed companies during this process, she carried out her duties as promised and the transaction was successful.
