I Ilene helped my find my townhouse back in 2010. She was patient as we kept looking at many homes and I ended up buying the first one we looked at. She helped my mom sell her big house she could not longer take care of in 2013 and was very patient with her as well - she is more difficult than me to deal with. Mom moved into my townhouse after selling her house. It was time this past October for Mom to move into assisted living and we really needed to get the house sold by the end of the year. I live out of state now and needed someone to help me. Ilene was on top of it and the house closed by the end of December. I would recommend Ilene to anyone looking to buy or sale.
