To begin, I was an out-of-state buyer, so I really needed someone to guide the entire process from the search through the closing. Elise Fay stepped up and got it done. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the market and gave me valuable advice about the 15 homes we viewed. It turns out that the home I purchased was not one that we were able to view, but rather, I had built a trust in her judgement during our search and trusted her to view the home for me in my absence. As was my experience walking through homes with her, I received a thorough evaluation of the home and decided to purchase sight unseen. This only happens if you trust someone's opinion and believe that they have your best interests at the forefront. Outstanding realtor and would highly recommend!

Sal is a great realtor! We looked at numerous different properties, I put in a few different offers, and Sal always remained positive and patient. He regularly sent me condos and townhomes to look at (3-4 times a week). He catered to exactly what I was looking for. When I would ask to schedule a tour of a property, Sal was quick to respond and set up a tour. He always catered to my busy schedule and would often show a property whenever was convenient to me. During the process of my mortgage loan, Sal always kept me up-to-date and responded quickly and knowledgeably. He stayed in contact with my loan officer and bank team. While I was in the process of closing, Sal answered my many questions, would reach out to my bank, and would reach out to the sellers if needed. Sal is a great realtor and if me or my family ever buy or sell, he is our first contact!

Sharon should be commended. To be completely honest, she had her work cut out for her with us. Let me set the backdrop: My mom inherited a house from her sister (my aunt), who had passed away from cancer, all while my mom is facing stage 4 lung cancer herself. Sharon came in to "interview" my mom and me. As she came in, another realtor was completing her "meet and greet". It's not an easy thing to walk into, but Sharon handled it with great aplomb. We were on the fence, and while both would have been great selections, I chose Sharon due to her willingness to work with us and her experience. She offered a great marketing plan and did just as she said she would. It wasn’t easy, especially since we were out of town and my mom isn’t that tech-savvy. The video she made on the property was phenomenal, and her communication was top-notch throughout the process. But it was her patience, understanding, and willingness to go above and beyond to get the deal done that were remarkable. Buying or selling a home is NEVER easy. Even under the BEST of circumstances, it’s emotional. Factor in an unexpected inheritance, the emotion of her sister’s death, the regular skepticism of a 76-year-old woman dying of cancer herself, a watchdog son, and 1,500 miles: It was a TALL hill to climb and not an easy challenge to overcome, but she did! And she did so phenomenally. I would highly recommend her; she will do what it takes to get it done.

Highly recomend Carla as real estate agent. Carla does this as a career and bit a side job so you are getting an expert in real estate. She is very proactive and searches for houses to meet your needs. She is knowledgeable of the phoenix area including neighborhoods and schools. She knows her work and will help with all the contracts with extra clauses that can help you win your bid. On top of all of this she is very friendly with good communication skills.

Perfect transaction! Quick as could be - we had some issues come up and Zoi resolved them to our satisfaction and advantage…saved us money in a tough climate for buyers!!
