Mr. Akkam was a professional agent with vast knowledge of the housing market. Mr Akkam Sold our old home, and found us a new one. With the lenders, title agency, appraisals ,and Mr. Akkam, we were in our dream home in less the 3 weeks. Mr. Akkam's experience guided us in the right direction. Mr. Akkam own appraisal came extremely close to the Appraisers numbers which led us to know that Mr. Akkam knew what he was doing. With Mr. Akkam's negotiations skills, he helped us save so much off the asking price. It's people like Fadi Akkam that takes so much stress off buying a house. Currently, I do refer Mr Akkam to people who ask for a real estate agent because I know with Mr. Akkam as their agent that the process will be very smooth and quick.
