I began my search for a Florida property in 2020. I was fortunate enough to meet Bob Bevington, who worked with me for many months to find the property that I eventually purchased in Sarasota. I was relocating from NJ to FL, so the process was difficult. When a problem developed that caused a delay in settlement, Bob fought hard to extend my settlement for a month. When it was time to travel to FL, he arranged an apartment for my family for two days to allow for the shipment of our furniture. On the day of settlement, there was a terrible rain storm, but Bob personally picked me up and sat with me through the closing. These few sentences only scratch the surface of the many months of Bob’s hard work to help relocate my family. In addition, Bonnie Bevington helped us navigate many issues, and was always there to help. Bob is a rare person – he is a consummate professional skilled in his work, with an engaging personality.
