•there are 140 reasons WHY this is a negative review... NOTHING else. Otherwise it's what you should expect from a Seller's agent. I trust people, until they PROVE TO ME THEY can not be trusted. She made over $7000. dollars on this deal, because I did not use another agent. NO APPRECIATION, she is a LIAR. A pretty cheap liar, it could have been fixed by re-doing the offer, which i requested, she said she would make it right (only 140) LAZY refusing to rewrite the offer and also a CHEAP LIAR. So sad, I've bought 2 other properties since but didn't call her. YES, I am a real estate investor. BUT I LOVE HONESTY... It is the key to people doing what they say they will do. The SELLER was a great guy, we got along well, NO PROBLEMS there. But again, this agent wanted to keep me from speaking directly to the SELLER which could have made things totally better. If you are selling and feel you need a realtor, list through a half commission broker, unless you really need someone to hold your hand for thousands of your dollars. These realtors are OVER PAID, UNDER WORKED, oh yes, she was LATE FOR APPOINTS, every time, even the seller commented on that. Well, LYNN, you wanted a review and you know i give you two opportunities to "DO THE RIGHT THING" but you are full of excuses. So you get this HONEST review, which could have been completely different. THINK ABOUT THAT. Sincerely, For the truth, Dale
