•I don't even know where to begin. House was being sold for divorced couple. Ex-wife was a total nightmare. Had to go to Supreme Court and Irene was called as a witness. Obstacles every step of the way by the ex-wife who was holding residence in the house. Sales and open houses were being sabotaged often. Irene never, ever lost her cool. Took ONE YEAR to finally be sold because of everything. Worst nightmare ever. Nothing to do with Irene and everything to do with the exwife. Was professional at all times especially when dealing with a very, very difficult uncooperative person. She was able to manage personalities, stick to the real estate law and somehow, miraculous got this house sold. Not only did she fully earn her commission, this woman deserves a medal! I don't know many people who would have been able to handle such a deal and follow it through from start to finish. Most people would have walked away which was what the ex-wife was trying to do. She did everything in her power to get Irene to quit and Irene, the consummate professional, handled it, dealt with it and then sold this house! There are a ton of real estate agents out there that have a hard sell whether you are a seller or buyer. There are 3 qualities that Irene possesses that most don't; honesty, she listens to what YOU want, and she never ever sugar coats anything. Facts are facts and that is invaluable! I highly recommend Irene. This is our second deal with her. First one was a piece of cake (since ex-wife wasn't involved). Second deal, there were a plethora of legal issues and obstacles all that Irene handled with care and professionally.
