I have used Karen's services for several purchases and sales of investment properties. Her attention to details, communication skills kept me in the loop during both sale and purchase process. She is willing to give advice without being pushy, make recommendations and explain that information using anecdotal examples based on her own personal experience as a investor and rental owner. Scott was excellent to work with. He was right on the ball with everything during the whole process. He communicated well with us every step of the way and even went out of his way to help when we had to go out of town briefly. He was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. He was good at letting us know what needed to be done to the house for a good sale. Very interpersonal and nice but at the same time, tough when needed. Did I mention our house sold in six days! We highly recommend him.

Diane and Scott worked as a fantastic team to assist us in selling our home. They were awesome with negotiations, and even went to the city to get paper work needed and also met us at work for signatures. They kept us informed throughout the entire process, and their experience and expertise was very beneficial in closing the sale.
