Our house closed last week and we could not be any happier with Allie! We owned a lovely 1890's Victorian farm house. We had put years of love into. It was in excellent condition, fully renovated and a big yard yet due to location and being a historic home it was challenging to sell.Allie was determined to get the property seen by the right audiences. She not only held open houses and did the usual advertising but when we just were not getting the right bites, she brought in other realtors to reassure we had the right price, she found niche marketing opportunities tailored to buyers of old homes and followed up on all leads. When our first buyer fell through at the last minute due to the current craziness and completely out of our hands, she immediately arranged for an amazing video tour that highlighted it perfectly even though all the staging was gone. We had a new offer in two days!Most of all, besides being a good real estate agent, Allie is a good person. She is friendly, knowledgeable, honest, caring and calm. Let's face it, selling a home is already stressful! You want to work someone who not only has your back but you like!Thanks Allie! We are delighted and so thrilled for the new owners!
