Allie was absolutely a JOY to work with! We were all over the place in terms of what we wanted and we spent almost three YEARS since we first connected with her, going back and forth about our criteria. Through it all, she was so incredibly patient with us and based on how promptly and thoroughly she would respond after any time we reached out, it made us feel like we were her number one priority. When it came to finding the perfect place and going through the process in a time of super low inventory and high competition for buyers, we knew we were in the hands of a seasoned veteran. She made sure we could see houses brand new to the market as soon as they were available to be seen. And her advice (about negotiation and otherwise) was spot on at every turn. In the inevitable phases of high stress and uncertainty, she stayed positive and laid out all the potential scenarios, which gave us peace of mind and helped us make the right decisions. We are now in our dream home and we could not be happier or more thankful to Allie for helping us get here!
