•Hello to all, our experience with Julie Gonzalez has been excellent! We found her always on time as well as knowing what to anticipate next in the arena of selling and buying a new home. Both times Julie has sold our homes we landed purchase prices higher than our sale price. Julie has excellent knowledge of city taxes, real-estate sale and purchase governing rules. Also, I found that Julie has a real feel for how to generate the contemporary staging experience providing props that enhanced the setting of both our homes. I will no doubt move forward with Julie in the purchase of another new home knowing her excellent service, integrity and reliability. Julie is comfortable and easy to work with while still communicating very well through the hard questions that arise with sales and purchases. Julie is an excellent choice for selling or buying a home. 5 stars!
