Kelly was absolutely amazing with my family when we were looking for a home while on vacation. We had a limited amount of time to search and she was on top of things and had everything prepared within a few hours of when we first contacted her. Julie Woulfe quickly got us an offer we were happy with, and helped us get all our paperwork done before we left in 2 days for a lengthy pre-planned trip abroad. Because we were out-of-state sellers, there was extra paperwork with a tight deadline. She’d explained that to us prior, had us cc her on the paperwork, staying on top of all parties, insuring all documentation was there at the closing. We look forward to her representation when we buy our next Maryland property.
