We used Donna to buy our home in Berlin and there was no question who to go to when it was time to sell.Donna guided is thru some major hiccups -- all our decision- on our purchase and never made us feel guilty or stupid for changing our mind. Her concern was that we were happy with our new home. When it was time to sell she quickly staged our home, explained her thought proces on getting house on the market and selling point. She staged the house in an afternoon, had the house on the market the next day and sold over the weekend. Always available for questions and her experience in the Ocean City market is priceless. I’m very lucky to have gotten to have Donna representing me. Other agents weren’t interested in staging but Donna knows how important it is to sell the vision of a house. Julie was such a blessing to us when we sold our property.
