•Deb was great. She gave us very good ideas on what needed to be done to sell the house. She checked in with us every week to let us know how things were going and to let us know when to change the price of the house and how much we should lower it to. She contacted the solar company to find out what was needed to transfer the lease to the new owners when we were having difficulty contacting them. She was able to negotiate a better deal when the buyers wanted a lower amount. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to sell or buy a home.
Debbie was absolutely great. She gave us excellent advice on what we had to do to make the home more marketable. She called every week to update us and make suggestions on price changes. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to sell a home.
